Very late delivery

The product itself is great as I have already bought it many times but I can’t give feedback on that because it’s another company’s product. What I can give you feedback about is the delay on the package as I ordered it on the 15th of June for a 7/8 working days delivery and it did not arrived till about the 2nd of July which is something I understand coming from another country sometimes it can take longer but you need to let your clients know or compensate them somehow because they are just waiting for weeks without any information at all.
