Storettastic was created in 2022 with the aim of bringing more beauty, care and comfort to everyday life. Headquartered at Rua Tomás Alcaíde, lote 100, 1950-261, Lisbon, Portugal, and registered with NIF 275353176, we stand out for our dedication to offering cosmetics, perfumes and home goods that combine quality and affordability.

Products

The images of the products displayed at the time of purchase may differ from those we send due to constant updates made by the brands. The images displayed on the page are primarily intended to facilitate identification of the type of product for the customer and may not accurately represent the item in question, and therefore have no contractual value.

Therefore, these images are merely illustrative and do not constitute a binding representation of the properties of the products (for example, the image, packaging language or list of ingredients may vary due to changes made by the manufacturer).

Invoicing and selling price of products

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the rates in force at the time the information is entered into the system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect, we reserve the right not to sell the products at that price. We work to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate, but genuine errors may occasionally occur.

If an error is detected in the price of the products you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you can choose to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

All products in our catalogue (cosmetics, make-up, perfumes, men's products and household items) are subject to promotions or price reductions of up to a maximum of 20%. These promotions are always valid from 1 January to 31 December of the current year.

All campaigns and promotions are limited to existing stock and cannot be combined.

The invoice is issued automatically and sent to the email registered in the order after confirmation of payment and validation of the data entered (address and NIF).

Changes to the name, billing address and tax identification number will only be made in cases of computer error on the part of storettastic. The review request must be sent to the email address: storettastic@gmail.com . This change can only be processed within a maximum period of 90 days after the original document is issued.

Payment Methods

At Storettastic , we offer a variety of payment methods to ensure your shopping experience is practical, safe and convenient:

  • Credit or Debit Card : You can pay by card through our secure system, including the total cost of the products, taxes and applicable shipping fees. The debit will be made at the time of ordering.
  • PayPal : A fast and reliable method for making online payments.
  • Google Pay : For those who prefer fast payments directly through their mobile device.
  • MBWay : Pay conveniently and securely through the MBWay app.
  • Bank Transfer : If you prefer this method, bank details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Transport Values

Storettastic orders are delivered exclusively by CTT, covering mainland Portugal, the islands (Azores and Madeira), Europe, the United States of America and other regions of the world. Shipping is carried out by registered mail to mainland Portugal and the islands, and by priority mail to other international areas, always having a tracking code available to track the shipment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and the total weight of the products ordered. Therefore, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase completion.

General conditions:

  • The total weight of the order can be up to 5kg.

Important Notes:

  • The shipping cost will always be calculated based on the delivery area and the total weight of the order.
  • For orders whose weight exceeds the indicated limits, additional shipping costs will be applied and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

All orders placed on Storettastic are processed by our logistics team within 3 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be adjusted if one or more products in the order are not immediately available.

If any of the products are unavailable, the customer will be informed about the shipment of the remaining items in the order and the amount corresponding to the missing product will be refunded. If all products are unavailable, the order will be cancelled and the total amount paid will be refunded.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days (shipments made via registered mail).
  • Madeira and Azores: Between 5 to 9 working days (shipments made via registered mail).
  • Europe, United States of America and other international regions: Up to 10 to 15 business days (shipments made via priority mail).

These delivery times may vary during peak periods, such as festive seasons, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas. On these occasions, the process may undergo changes, and customers will be informed whenever applicable.

Delivery information

Storettastic orders are delivered exclusively by CTT, using the registered shipping model in mainland Portugal and the islands, and the priority mail model for international shipments.

General Delivery Conditions:

  • Delivery times: Deliveries generally occur between 8am and 7pm. It is important to provide an address where you are most likely to be present to receive the order during business hours, such as your place of work.
  • Delivery attempts: If there is no one at the delivery address, CTT will leave a notice so that the order can be collected from the nearest post office within the indicated period.

Care when Receiving the Order:

Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging immediately:

  1. If the packaging is open, damaged or shows signs of tampering, you must refuse the order and inform the postman to record the situation.
  2. If you decide to accept the order under such conditions, make sure the postman notes the problem.
  3. If you identify any irregularity when opening the order, please contact us within a maximum period of 72 hours, sending photos of the packaging, products and shipping label.

Periods of greatest flow:

During festive or busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional campaigns, delivery times may change. Whenever applicable, customers will be duly informed.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Storettastic , we offer the possibility of refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days after your purchase. After this period, it will not be possible to request a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must present your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only items sold at regular price are eligible for refund; sale items cannot be returned.
  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be replaced. To exchange for an identical item, please contact us at storettastic@gmail.com .

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift cards.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to Storettastic.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Delays or Failures in Refunds

  • Please check your bank account and contact your card issuer as there may be additional time for credit processing.

Sending Items for Return

  • Products must be sent to the following address:
    Tomás de Alcaide Street, Lot 100, 6th Front, 1950-261 Lisbon .
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, the cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled at the customer's request or at storettastic's discretion.

Cancellation at Customer Request:


Cancellation of an order is only possible before it is shipped. To request cancellation, the customer must send an email to storettastic@gmail.com , mentioning the order number. The customer support team will respond with confirmation of the cancellation within 2 business days. If the cancellation request is validated before the order is shipped, there will be no costs associated with the process.

Cancellation After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, the customer can choose to refuse delivery or accept it and request a return. In both cases, a shipping fee will be charged, which may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products included in the order. The exact amount will be calculated according to the variables mentioned.

Cancellation by Storettastic's Decision:

Storettastic may cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product Unavailability: Out of stock or missing product.
  • Incomplete Delivery Data: Incomplete address or lack of valid telephone contact.
  • Price Error: When the price indicated in the order is incorrect, due to manual or computer error.
  • Evidence of Fraud: In situations where there are strong indications of fraud, storettastic reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, without the need for additional justification, in order to protect all parties involved.

Guarantee

The customer benefits from a warranty against manufacturing defects in the products purchased. Any damage or deterioration that occurs to the product after delivery is not considered a defect.
