For regular hydration – after washing, apply all over damp/wet hair. Massage gently and leave on for 3 minutes. Carefully rinse off all of the product with plenty of water. For high hydration – for excessively dehydrated hair, after washing, apply all over damp/wet hair. Put on a thermal cap and leave on for 20 minutes. Carefully rinse off all of the product with plenty of water and then dry your hair. This procedure should be done a maximum of 3 times a week.
