Shipping policy

Storettastic offers several shipping methods that may or may not have a associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order such as the weight, value and destination region. Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

● Destination region;

● Weight and/or value of the order;

● Shipping method chosen;

● Choice of VAS (Value Added Services). Payment methods Available payment methods:

– Multibanco (entity/reference).

- Credit card.

– MB WAY.

– Paypal.

- Bank transfer.

How the shipment of the order is processed: The shipment of an order will be made taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after validation of the payment.

Shipments:

All national shipments are made by CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. under the registered shipping model, in normal situations it takes between 2-5 days to reach the destination and international flights may take up to 10 to 15 business days, except for festive seasons or of great affluence in which this process may suffer some alteration, when this situation happens the customer is informed.

The address indicated is the sole responsibility of the customer. In case it is returned, the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
